Life is loaded with parameters and conditions... now by that line, im refering to work. Being a Dell Technician is not easy...well at least not in India. We have so many parameter to meet and a whales ass load of conditions are put down on us if we wanna earn incentives. We are supposed to take 23 calls per day, have a talk time of nothing less than 7 1/2 hours within the 8 1/2 hours of login time, that 1 hour comprises of our Meal, Tea and Bio Breaks. Our ACW (After Call Wait) should not be more than 1 minute at the end of each call. We cannot exceed our Hold Time for more than 3 minutes. We have to resolve issues in most cases within 18mins and maintain each call at that 18mins mark. We have to make, per day, a 37min call back to the customer that call us or whose issues aren't still resolved. Not to mention we have to have nothing less than 90% CSAT (Customer Satisfaction), 85% FTR (First Time Resolution) and 100% FTF (First Time Fix). When we make dispatches we shudn't get kickbacks or the dispatch shudn't get cancel. We have to follow the correct type and steps in order to make a successful dispatch. Yeah... and you thought that a call centre job was peanuts.... think again foo... >D. I still have to mention alot more conditions but then i guess if i yap anymore about work, this will be the worst log ever on my site.

And only if all these conditions are met then we get our incentives... otherwise we either don't get our incentives or we have to look out for another job...lol >D !! Why can't life just get kind for a change. I remember the days in college. Dam i miss college =( those were the days to die for and i'd give up anything to get those days back again. But then again if wishes were horses, beggars would ride.... >=)
